The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on Thursday introduced an funding of $173.9 million in loans and grants underneath the Inexperienced and Resilient Retrofit Program’s (GRRP) “complete” and “components” classes, designed to extend resilience in opposition to local weather challenges and power effectivity.
